Dexmet expanded Microgrid® and Polygrid enhance your purification designs. Separation and purification are key criteria for industries that filter and process with air. Dexmet custom manufactures all MicroGrid® and PolyGrid™ expanded metal foils and expanded plastics with a multitude of open area alternatives and pore sizes to provide a more controlled flow rate for your filter application. These filter support screens, or mesh, provide precision micron openings. The netting-like materials are available in a range of polymers and metals for nearly any environment.

Dexmet expanded polymers and metals are primarily used as membrane supports in pleated filter cartridges. If your filter application has a critical upstream/downstream or cross flow requirement, our pore sizes range from .001" - 1.00" Our Engineering Department works with you to develop the optimum design to improve air flow, strength, and particle retention.
